I have many food allergies and have tried many things, including NAET treatments, which is where I found this wonderful product. I have taken Vital 10 for 3 years now and have only had one round of antibiotics, which was due to a sever burn that got infected. I teach school and have survived the last three years without catching even a cold! I'm unable to take the flu shot, thanks to my egg allergy, and when both my children got H1N1 two years ago, I survived unscathed! There's no way I could do that under the power of my own immune system. I live by this probiotic. It contains only the good bacteria our bodies need, and it has no common allergens such as milk, eggs, soy, nuts, fish, MSG, wheat, corn...the list goes on and on, but those things are the ones I dodge religiously. I highly recommend this product if you suspect that your immune system isn't up to par, so to speak. It's great!

This is a good probiotic; it really works.

Amazing product.

Was taking a round of 3 different antibiotics for h pylori for the third time because of all the side effects I would get from taking antibiotics even when taking different probiotic brands. Took this in tandem with my last round of antibiotics and had zero side effects. It kept my flora balanced and now I take it daily because it's actually a good quality probiotic where you can feel the difference. It's more expensive than I am used to but I will pay time and time again for this product.

The item arrived with the ice pack already melted, and unfortunately, it also didn’t arrive on the expected date. I had planned to be home to ensure I could pick it up as soon as it arrived.It’s important to note that, given this situation, and because this item is non-refundable, I’m giving it a low rating.

Great probiotic, but a word of caution, this shouldn't get hot as they are active and live strains. Shipper used did not send this as advertised and with not the right amount of care. Product was delivered "Insulated" which made it so much hotter since the amount of cold pack was significantly under what was needed for the distance and time of year. It actually was hot to the touch, not warm, not room temperature......HOT. Try to find a local source or at least a shipper that will package it cold to stay cold or at least room temperature upon the arrival to you.

Product itself is good BUT it’s a requirement that it arrive cold to maintain product properly. There was 1 small ice pack in side that was no longer cold and product itself was no longer cold. This arrived when daily temperatures were below 40*. Definitely needs more ice packs to maintain viability. Will try again to see if it arrives chilled.

My wife has chronic IBS. This product helps her immensely. This is the second bottle we've ordered. Without getting into details that are not pleasant to talk about, if you have bowel problems where you need probiotics give this a try. We've spent a lot of money on other brands that range from no help at all to barely works. The ones from Safeway are included in the no help at all. There is only brand that we have found to be superior. (we feel it not appropriate to list that "professional" "therapeutic" brand name here). My wife takes 2 capsules every morning. One capsule may be enough for you. I suggest you try that first. Three days at one capsule was long enough for my wife to tell she needed the higher dose. Keep refrigerated for maximum potency.
