This product does not have any fragrance, let alone smelling like a pomegranate. I bought it to use with my diffuser, but it is one of my most useless purchase.

I have just used this oil for 2 days for now so cant comment on its ability of heal the skin or scars. Its very light and absorbs very fast into skin and has distinct aroma. But the color of this oil is very light. From what i have know the pomegranate oil should be deep yellow colored.

An essential part of sunscreen creams, protecting against too active UV, it is said this oil alone has the sun protective factor (spf) equal to 20. It can be used also for home made sunscreen, recipes are available on Internet, normally just a small amount of the pomegranate oil are mixed in a coconut oil. I got quite strong sun burn yesterday and used a pure pomegranate oil, it perfectly calmed the skin during night, the effect is better than usually used yogurt mask in such urgent cases. Really good quality product, a nice experience.
