Girl, Buy It
I freaking love this thing. This pillow kept me safe from the clinginess of a needy Ragdoll kitty who was determined to knead my chest come hell or high water, surgery recovery be damned. I'm still using it for comfort even at a month and a half post-op. It just makes my body feel comfortable and safe. Not recommending to sleep laying down flat in – it didn't feel as good on my body that way, but in a recliner or seated position to sleep? A+ Never liked the seat belt cover very much. I think if it were just one flat piece, it would be better. The rounded lumps just really irritated my reconnecting nerves and made it feel like pain even though I know it wasn't actually hurting me. Your mileage my vary on that as everyone heals differently, so I don't dock it in terms of stars just because of that. The shower bag? Fantastic. I didn't keep nips, so I was able to shower 48 hours after surgery and this thing honestly held the post-op bulbs better than the lanyard I bought for around-the-house wear. I enjoy the little ice/heat packs. I've used one as an ice pack for headaches and just enjoy that they're tiny and so smooth. I haven't tried to heat them, so can't attest to quality there. Worth the cost. 100%. Easy to open up and clean when you need to. Loved having pockets to stow my phone and chest cream and secret snacks. (: Honestly, I'll probably keep and use this thing often around the house. It's just genuinely cozy.

Great item immediately after surgery
This helps immensely. It gives your arms a bit of space so you aren’t pressing on the drain tubes, you can use it when sleeping to keep you from tossing/turning when sleeping and it’s soft and comfortable when resting. I highly recommend it.

Great for post mastectomy recovery!
My boyfriend got this for me when I had my mastectomy, and I am surprised at how much I use it! It helps keep my arms comfortable and away from my sides when sitting, and when I’m sleeping as well. It also has such a fun texture. I love the purple color! Keeps my spirits high.

super soft and all the pockets are excellent
so comfy and soft for post mastectomy. I slept with it to help keep myself still/from going to the side. and traveling out and about it was super helpful especially with the pockets. I didn't use the criss cross option because it seemed too complicated for my limited range of motion. the friend that was taking care of me wanted to get one for herself just for lounging around the house. I didn't use the ice packs based on my surgeons advice but they are the squishy kind so will be helpful for future needs. I still use the seatbelt pillow today, 5+ months out- it just gives a little cushion when driving

A Post-Mastectomy Must
If you are wondering if this thing is worth it, let me tell you know that you will find this kit invaluable after chest surgery. I ended up with two of these after my double mastectomy surgery, one that I kept near my recliner and slept with and one that I kept near the couch and lounged with. It supports your arms from touching your ribs (which will be very tender due to a combo of the drains and the nerve pain), and protects your front from bumps (whether it be kids, animals or even yourself dropping a book accidentally!). The pockets keep your phone and other items easily at hand, which is helpful when you are lounging under a blanket that seems to swallow all phones and remotes. I am 4.5 weeks post op and even though I am back to normal working life, I still use the seatbelt guard daily on my commutes and sit with the pillow across my chest when I sit on the couch at night. It is still a very useful item.

Comfortable pillow
Great pillow! I only gave it 4 stars because it was a little lose in the shoulder straps. I adjusted the straps as short as they would go and they still slid off my shoulders. I’m 5’3”. However I mostly purchased it to sleep in so I could protect my chest from my cat walking across it in the middle of the night

Best bet for the money
Very good product. There are several so ther that are less expensive. I liked the features and on several of my mastectomy chat groups many have it and love it. Very protective of my chest area and the front and back pockets are great

Very helpful!!
Just what I needed to help me recover from my surgery. I'm able to use ice packs to help ease the pain from the incisions across my abdomen. It's helpful for bracing when I need to cough or go from lying in bed to a sitting position. While driving, I'm able to brace myself from the pain caused by even the slightest bump in the road. Since I've been back from the hospital, I've been wearing my pillow 24/7. Best post-op investment I've made!

Super leichte Anwendung. Sehr bequem zu tragen. Habe es vor allem für die Heimfahrt nach einer Mastektomie genutzt, damit der Gurt nicht direkt auf liegt. Es hat super funktioniert.

I shall rewrite this after my top. But it's slightly smaller then expected and the clip is alot smaller then anticipated. But is comfy to squeeze

The best thing i ever purchased before my surgery. this helps me sleep during tough nights after operation and using to protect my chest from any accidental hit & keeping my side drain in place all the time. still using until I'm healed. i love this pillow.

If you buy anything for your breast reduction that isn’t your compression bra it should be a pillow like this. Its soft and stays in place. Having the extra padding under the arms is a godsend and gives you an extra layer of comfort. I am still wearing it at one week post op. It’s a comfy safety layer. The front pocket is perfect for a phone or your kobo reader. The inner pockets are great so ice packs don’t fall down or migrate. Don’t hesitate and purchase this for any breast surgery!!
