It flows smoothly as is. **Q: How many people will a 4-lb bag serve? We are hosting a party with 100 guests.** A: One bag should feed about 20 people. For a group of 100, we recommend 10-12 lbs of chocolate. **Q: Is this chocolate good for making candy?or will it be to thin?** A: It is thin when melted but get very hard once it cools down. I've only used it in the fountain so I'm not real sure about its candy making properties. **Q: How much will 4 lbs of this chocolate generally serve?** A: I have a triple level fountain which requires a minimum of 6 pounds of chocolate so I put a bag and a half into it fro the on-sel. About half-way thru the night, I need to put the other 1/2 of the bag. At the end of the night (6 hours later), there would be about 3-4 lbs of melted chocolate on the fountain. I typically have 30 people at my party. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exquisite *by D***D on 2026年9月12日に英国でレビュー済み* My go to chocolate when using a chocolate fountain. One bag didn't seem to make the fountain look full enough, so I added the second one. People really enjoyed "playing" with their food and seeing how they could change the flow of the fountain. We borrowed the fountain from a friend, so I added oil to the chocolate as her fountain's manual directed. If it were my own fountain, I probably would have experimented and tried it without the oil. Lots and lots of leftovers, which I ended up just throwing away. But, I don't think you do chocolate on a budget. The flavor was a little sweet for my taste (as mentioned by other reviewers), but it was a nice mix with the various fondue pots we had going. ## Frequently Bought Together - Sephra Fountain-ready Belgian Milk Chocolate 2lb Bag - Ideal for Melting - HOPELF 6" Natural Bamboo Skewers for BBQ，Appetiser，Fruit，Cocktail，Kabob，Chocolate Fountain，Grilling，Barbecue，Kitchen，Crafting and Party.
