ビアレッティのマキネッタ用に購入、色々な豆を様々な粗さで挽き試しておりましたが、結局のところこれが1番良かったです。 アメリカーノにも甘めのエスプレッソにもおすすめです。 軽くすっきりとした口当たりで飲みやすいですが、コーヒーらしい後味と香ばしさはしっかりとあります。

安物エスプレッソマシーンではちょっと酸っぱい感じ。 水出しコーヒー、アイスではまろやかで最高に美味しい。

香りが良くてとても美味しいコーヒー！ この「Bialetti（ビアレッティ）ペルフェットモカ」はデロンギのエスプレッソマシンで使っています。 お客様が来たときにいつもこのコーヒーを淹れるのですが、みんな「すごく美味しい！」と言ってくれます。 香りも味もバランスがよく、後味もすっきりしていて本当に気に入っています。 リピート決定です！

ソイラテに使いましたがおいしくできました

マキネッタとカミラで使用。I社の粉ばかり使っていたのですが、気分を変えてみたいのと、L社の粉の金と黒が好みではなかったので、試しに買ってみました。 結果としてはアタリで、淹れ方で変わりますが比較的マイルドな飲み口で、様々な飲み方にあうしコスパも良く、もちろん流通パッケージのまま置けば保存も効きますから、普段使いに良いと感じました。

とても美味しかったです。 本当はもう少し多めに粉を入れる方がエスプレッソの苦味が出るのでしょうが。 定期購入にして良かった！ と思える美味しさでした(*^^*)

Today, I saw the crema I wanted to see. I use a 10 cup stainless steel blumtal caffettiera. The Bialetti is a simple everyday Arabica blend. And, if you’re like me, you work your caffettiera to be as close to functioning as an espresso machine at the coffeehouse as possible. (This means, one, a short layer of water above the filter; two, do not pack the coffee in the filter but make a mound – gently move the grounds, if you must; and three, turn off the flame and or remove the caffettiera at some moment during the crema appearing and not after.) Try this Bialetti coffee, either, just to try it or make it your regular go to coffee: you won’t be disappointed. (Please note: for those who may not know, a stainless steel caffettiera pours very different from an aluminum one. Your stainless will keep pouring or releasing steam even after shutting off the gas or taking it off the stove; instead, your aluminum will almost immediately stop.

Very good proper italian taste. Worth the price.
