Snazaroo Classic Face Paint, 18ml, Bright Pink

My kids love getting their faces painted, so I thought I would just buy my own paints and do it every once in a while. I love these ones because they don't break the bank and they still have great colour, and stay on really well.

We bought this to use for the Muddy Race for Life. It applied well and is a nice vibrant pink colour, but it wasn't the best in terms of standing up to the wet and mud during our race; however, I appreciate most people won't be using it in a wet/muddy environment!

This came today (Wednesday) and I need it for Saturday. At first, I was really disappointed because it was completely DRY. I almost sent it back, BUT then decided to look at the reviews again. One person said in their review that you NEED to use WATER so that’s what I did. Why did I think that it would be a cream? 🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ The DIRECTIONS were kind of hidden and I didn’t realize they were there…but it works SUPER WELL! A big THANK YOU to the person that pointed that out!!I always try to see if it’s user error before I send an item back and then only leave a bad review if the problem is not solved by Amazon. Glad I took a pause before sending it back!!

Con: The colour is a lot lighter/more pastel coloured than the photos suggest.Pro: This body paint is beautiful to use. I used a regular paintbrush and a tiny bit of water and it glided on my skin really nicely. Very easy to cover a large area of skin, and can create sharp edges too.Stayed on my face all night at a rave but faded on my chest.

Although this paint spread really well, i think i may have gotten one from a bad batch. first, the color was not the pink i expected, it was lighter than i thought i was getting, and it was a bit more oily than i was used to. I bought this to replace the pink from my Snazaroo Face Paint Palette Kit with 8 colors. when i used this paint, the kids complained about their skin itching. it took a while for me to figure out it was the paint, since this is the brand i always use and i have NEVER had an issue.At first i thought, maybe their skin was super sensitive. But kids who are familiar with me and have had their face painted countless times by me, helped me realize it was the paint, because they started itching minutes after. now, i have a paint paint i can't use and i'm afraid to buy another.
