Recognise that the bag is cheap, thin and that it is best to put all the veggies in the bag before stripping offthe adhesive protector tape , then seal the bag. Against all the odds , the steam bags actually work . Sure you willmanage to "screw " things up a few times before you get the hang of it - just keep at it.

Been using these for a while. Lakeland used to stock them but changed brands for some inexplicable reason so I was delighted to find them on Amazon. These microwave bags are great for steaming. I tend to pop the veg into them with a little butter (can be flavoured with herbs), seal and microwave. They are single use but they do the job.

So easy to use just add vegetables pop in the bag in the microwave job done excellent the vegetables taste lovely and so easy when you have someone who wants different veg from everyone else not a problem very good buy highly recommend

Best way possibly to cook veggies - quick, easy, clean and more to the point retains more nutrient value in your food. Also super for Fish.
