Good Quality.. value for money.. but back support could be better as it gives support in lower back only back support should be placed slightly higher for mid or upper back support.. when you sit straight its okay but when you slightly lean backwards it doesn't not feel very comfortable

The quality is super the backs of it is nice and it is so useful to read and to rotate 360 degree also and it is value for money and it can be if you can return it condition is very good we can fix it easily appearance is nice

Extremely disappointed with this product. It started rusting within just 2 months of normal use, which clearly shows the poor quality of the steel. I expected much better durability. The customer service was equally disappointing and did not provide a satisfactory solution. I would never recommend this product to anyone. Never, never buy this product if you're looking for something that will last. Complete waste of money.

Chair looks same as shown and had liked it. But faced issues after using it daily. I had purchased two of them, paint started wearing off from both esp at the base. Also a squeaky sound being produced became really disturbing. And for one chair, the alignment went off, so it started tilting to one side. We tried our best to reinstall, took to hardware shop and repair but it can't be fixed. So I am disappointed, in a years time both are useless. I feel it's best for occasional use or as a decorative purpose, not active daily use.
