Folk Art paints are great quality. I've used them for years for my crafts. The paint can be used straight from the container, it just needs a good shake. It can be used at its normal thickness or watered down, depending what effect you want and covers items well. Mix it with another colour and experiment. A large range of colours available.

I love this paint. It does come off chalky so if you want gloss get a different one but I prefer this one for the frames I painted. It does stink when painting, but it goes away fairly quickly. The value for the money is spot on. You couldn’t do any better with that and this is a staple to buy on repeat for projects. I used it to paint over plastic and wood and manufactured wood and all came out fantastic. The plastic ones surprises me so much because it looks so expensive and it was just a plastic frame from the dollar store that I painted white and then put a divider from a planner inside of it with flowers it looks so chic and expensive.

I have a lot of old Folk Art paints some of which dried up. Unfortunately my Wicker White did. Went to replace it here on Amazon and couldn't find the exact one. I thought hmmm, maybe it's not made anymore. I saw Folk Art satin, enamel, this, that and the other thing. All I wanted was plain ol' Wicker White (matte) lol. Got my bottle out and realized there was a color number (901). Put the number in search and voila! There was my old Wicker White! I couldn't order it fast enough lol. So if you find yourself in my shoes with an older bottle, be sure to put the color number in. You may find yours too!
