Fits 12 ounce prep bowls perfectly.
These are handy to use with 12-ounce microwavable prep bowls to avoid microplastics from leaching into food when heated in the microwave. I freeze prepared food to pop into the microwave. Its a one portion size and allows you to fill the bowl completely. You could take the frozen food out of the bowl in the parchment liners and heat in another container as well. Bigger than an XL Muffin liner.

Perfect size for a single serving.
Thes cup paper is better than expected. The paper has a good thickness and the perfect size to spread it and use it with a one item food (sandwich, piece or single serving item) in the air fryer.

Perfect size and truly non-stick
These parchment liners work great for mini cheesecakes and cupcakes. Nothing sticks, cleanup is easy, and the paper holds its shape while baking.

Great idea however can't handle high baking temps.
I was about to purchase when I noticed the maximum heat for the product. The max baking temp for this product is listed at 446 degrees. Basque cheesecakes are baked at 500 degrees!!! Sourdough breads at 475 degrees. Although this product is a great idea, beware of safety issues!!! Back to folding proper parchment paper...
