Very pretty....came two days ahead of schedule! The only complaint I have is that I ordered my size (I wear a 6.5 or a 7 usually)...bought a 7B and it was just too snug across the top of my foot. Part of the problem is that I have a high arch...so maybe this cut is not meant for me. I think I am going to try one more time with the 7.5B and see if it's more comfortable. Really cute boot though! Nice quality.

Good quality but poor fit. I usually wear size 7B in cowboy boots for riding and line dancing. Neither size 7B and 7.5B fit. Return of the first pair that was size 7B was difficult as both pairs of boots were delivered wrapped together in a single plastic bag and to return the size 7 pair, I needed to repackage it in the original bag that was too big to securely send it back without lots of tape to adjust the packaging. Plus, I could not take it to Kohl's but had to return it to USPS. I was given the option of returning it to a USPS drop box so I tried that but after trying 3 different UPSP drop boxes, found that did not work because the USPS drop boxes were full or had too small an opening for me to return the boot box that contained the boots. I then took the item to return it at a USPS store. Subsequently, I found the size 7.5B pair of boots too small as well. Amazon online return process this time gave me the option of returning the boots in their box to Kohl's with a printed shipping label. I returned the size 7.5B and have not received the refund. After talking to Amazon on 2 different calls today for about an hour each call, best I can tell is that Amazon's online return process erred in giving me the option to return the second pair of boots to Kohl's and this is creating a problem with my refund. Amazon tells me I now have to wait until 7-5-22 when they expect to hear from the seller about the refund I've not received for return of the second pair of boots. If a refund is not issued, then Amazon will file an A-Z claim with the seller and there will be a 7-10 business day period for the seller to respond. Although the boots are great quality, beautiful in brown, have a smooth leather sole that's good for swiveling when dancing, and are durable for riding, they are poor fit for someone like me who has a dorsal bunion on the right foot (base of the right toe on the top of the foot) and the return process has been God awful! I've never experienced such a difficult time getting a refund for a return for something I ordered on Amazon in the past.

I have a pair that’s about 12 years old and I love them. I love this pair just as much already and it only took a few minutes for them to feel perfect on my feet. The only thing that was wrong with them is the right boot came with a scuff. I tried a little boot polish and it did help a little but I prefer to put the scuffs on them myself lol 😂 Not a deal breaker though and not worth sending back and waiting for another pair so they are mine now. I’m also loving the rich brown color as my old pair was more of a camel color. I wanted both but decided on the brown 👏🏻😃. Oh, and you can’t beat the price with a stick😎

I originally ordered these in a size 7.5. I loved the distressed, worn look, but had to exchange for a size 7. The size 7 feels great but is missing the distressed, worn look. I will just keep them because I still like them, but wish they were as described in the picture and like the first pair I received.

These boots are beautiful and really good quality, but I ordered it in my size 9 and m width and I could swim in them, if you want a boot go to a western store and try on the boots and see if you can find this brand . Then order them in the right size. A really great buy through Amazon.

The boots were exactly as described, very comfortable and true to size. I usually wear a size 7.5 and that is what I ordered and they look and fit great! I will definitely buy this brand again.

Love these boots! My daughter ended up taking them! I must get them back!
