I have tried many flavors from Optimum nutrition, amino energy. I prefer the natural flavors without any artificial coloring. This one is very easy to drink and does not have a strong aftertaste. It is also not overly sweet. It helps me power through a workout and just gives me a boost of energy during the day. The only thing that I wish that they would do is have a smaller container or a spoon that is longer to scoop out the product. It’s harder if you have large larger size hands to put your hand inside of the container all the time to scoop out the product with a small scoop.

This supplement comes in a convenient container with a scoop inside. The taste is pleasant, and it’s easy to drink. I usually mix it in a 2-liter bottle of water, which becomes my daily supply. It contains caffeine, which gives a light, moderate energy boost – not as strong as a hardcore pre-workout, but just enough to feel refreshed. As always, Optimum Nutrition delivers top quality. I also mix it with creatine (also from Optimum Nutrition), and the combination works perfectly for me. Highly recommended.

No jitterness noted, you can adjust caffiene and strength amount with number of scoops, good value for $, I’ve been drinking this for 10 years. I love all the flavors but fruit fushion is my favorite and I have it on auto ship. I never want to run out.

This powder last a long time. I have been using it for half a year. Gives you energy and no jitters. Great taste! Helps keep you hydrated with electrolytes. This mixes well and great value for your money! This is the 2nd time I bought this!

I don't drink soda or coffee, so sometimes to get me through the day I drink this. I miss the cotton candy flavor, but I do love the pineapple! It tastes kinda similar to Mt Dew without any carbonation. There have been times after drinking this that I've felt really exhilarated! It's nice :) Edit: I'm leaving my review at 5 stars because I still really like this drink, but I wanted to add a possible disclaimer. I'm fairly confident this drink has been the source of some foot pain I've been having. I started drinking this brand in late 2021. It was around that same time, I started getting this occasional stabbing pain in the bottom of my foot. Over time, it got progressively worse. It would come and go and I had no idea what was going on. I found out I was pregnant in June 2024 and I stopped drinking it completely. The foot pain went away completely. I started drinking this again in May 2025 and my foot pain is back. Did a little research and I think this might be the possible cause. Maybe, maybe not. But I'm going to stop drinking it and hopefully my foot pain goes away.

Love this and add to my iced water thermos daily as it has a GREAT fruity, and not too sweet, flavor, to keep me hydrated. Mixability is good, it smells nice and seems to be somewhat of an appetite suppressant for me because it makes me drink a whole more water.

So good! Amazing taste, the perfect pick-me-up when I need it, and it seriously boosts my workout performance.

I am an avid consumer of amino energy products and will continue to do so. I tried the new tropical lemonade flavor being really excited when it released. I can say from personal preference that the bar was fell short of on this flavor. The flavor is way too sweet. Nauseatingly sweet. If the flavor was more on a tangy or sourness for the lemonade it would be great. But that’s not the case. If you like sweet then you may like it. Just not what I expected from the flavor description
