Quick Dam QD65-2 5' Barrier Water Flow Dust Bags, 2 Pack, Black

Does what it says on the bag. Easy to put down and stays in place once wet. It's protected my front door from the recent downpours and reduced splash up from passing traffic. Definitely worth the cost. States it's reusable in that once it's fully dried up, it can be stored away - yet to see if that will be the case, as will be leaving down until after winter. It's not brash or intrusive so no problem leaving out to be prepared for 'just in case' moments. Would probably recommend buying a slightly larger size than you think you'll need

I cannot tell you how amazingly fantastic this Product is, I have the worst drive in the worls it lenas down because of the road so my house garden and path are constantly soakinng wet, This flood barrier is wrapped around my garden and I cannot express enough how dry my home and garden are. So easy to use and it just lies there soaking all the water. Fabulous Thank you so much I am 1000% happy with this item.

Yes it works but only if there is a couple of inches of water. Dries out but gel can end up in lumps leaving areas with no gel when you reuse.

The crystal s in dam came out the bag when wet outside and didn't stop the flood. After some hard rain the dam did rise.Its fine Working fine

Panic purchase as heavy downpours caused extensive flooding and sewage coming out of manhole covers and pooling on the drive (lovely!). Thank you to those people who bothered to post reviews as purchased based on these good reviews. Bought two: one to go across bottom of garage door and one to go along low point near the manhole cover to prevent previous flooding issues. Laid down and then swelled up and worked well next time it rained. Dragged back out next time biblical downpours forecast and worked a treat.

Used 2 of these to stop water coming from road flood , worked a treat , stopped the water rushing in but had a little gap for the water to come through gently letting the water run into drainage and not overwhelming ! Would definitely recommend

Rubbish left all fel over the floor

This flood barrier worked fairly well, but I had a couple of issues. First, I could have done with a slightly smaller size to better fit a restricted doorway. Second, because it absorbs water and expands, it didn’t keep up with the water flow initially, allowing some flood water to pass through. That said, once it was fully activated, it managed to stop about 95% of the water, which is still pretty effective. Not perfect, but a decent solution if you’re aware of its limitations.

I will be buying these again!! We had a flood from rain a couple weeks ago and it was unexpected and destroyed a lot. I heard we were getting a lot of rain with flooding this weekend so on Friday I ordered these and the single pack ones, they got here at 4 am, I put them around the outside of our crawl and foundation and garage doors, and 4+ inches of rain I didn't have water in the garage or coming up from my flood vents in my house because these things stopped the water!!! They are so easy, I soaked some the night before and others I didn't and they just did literally what they said they were supposed to do. With a young child and losing a lot in a recent flood and ripping up my son's playroom floor because it when I got these set up and through out the rain storm I changed them my anxiety and stress level decreased so much because this product did its job! No odor, no mess, very stable even the ones I didn't fill and I let the rain start to fill they stayed in place! Thank you I felt like my home was safe. I even have family in florida that I told them about these and they are already ordering them!

Bei uns kommt regelmäßig über die Felder bei Starkregen das Wasser mit Schlamm in den Hof. Wir haben jetzt auf der ganzen Hofeinfahrtlänge den Quick Dam ausgelegt wenn das Wasser wieder nicht abfließen kann. Funktioniert super. Zuerst saugt sich der Schlauch voll und sieht dann aus wie eine Wurst. Wenn das Wetter wieder sonnig ist, lege ich Ihn einfach zum trocknen in die Sonne und dreh ihn immer wieder um damit er austrocknen kann. Er läßt sich zwar nicht wieder ganz so klein wie im Original zusammen schrumpfen, aber nahezu. Wir legen Ihn dann bis zum nächsten Gebrauch an der Wandseite auf den Garagenboden.

O produto véi com defeito, hidratei em água e está soltando o silicone, segue foto. Não tem como encaminhar o produto pois já foi hidratado e está extremamente pesado

Sirve muy bien para detener el paso del agua. En mi caso compré uno muy largo pero me ha servido fenomenal.
