The phone is good, I can give 4.5 stars to 5 starsPositive FeaturesInstallation is easy and quickBuild quality is good and body design is nice so the phone looks awesome.Sound quality is goodSignal strength is good I can say, in my home for Nokia basic set we get just 1 bar or 2 bar signal that is to if we shake or in moving we don't get that signal also, but this phone catch signal when we are in movement also. in my home this phone catch 1 bar to 2 bar signal. I have tested this phone has better signal strength than Videocon GSM 319 Phone. But I don't know some people have written reviews for Beetel F2N signal strength is good I couldn't check against Beetel phone.The audio player is good and the speaker is good and you can use the headset using 3.5 MM JackFM Radio facility is there, it's good when I checked in Bangalore, but in my native FM radio signal not comingadjustable tones for call and SMSSpeed dial facility, Recording, and auto answering facility are there but We have not used yet.Battery backup not checked yetOn the Negative sideWe have not received, external antenna, as shown in the picture. but on Box, that external antenna is not mentioned, but in display photo, we can see 2 antennae, but we have received only one antennawhen we activate general mode we cannot make SMS tone as silentSignal strength can be improved I guess, I am not sure, but good. My expectation was 3 bar to 4 bar signal at my home.Overall it is a good phone:) I bought it from MARKS seller.

everything is okay except battery . it swollen after few month of use . I did not find spare battery anywhere.

Software problem! 1. Display's light suddenly gets on and remains on for the whole day. 2. Battery drains pretty fast. 3. Ring volume too low.

I wrote after use of 3 month. It solve my purpose now my parents used this phone very easily. My mom is very happy getting this phone. She talked when she want not waiting for someone to dial a number.
