Linksys WUSB600N Dual-Band Wireless-N USB Network Adapter

It had same model no. as one I already had. Mine had been knocked off its perch several times and was beat up. This one was just like new as advertised. Would buy again from this seller.

I purchased this to get a better signal. What I got was less bars than before I used the product.

First off Id like to say that the 1 star reviews seem like the buyers don't know what they're doing.As long as the latest drivers are downloaded there is no problems with this product. I had only had a couple of disconnects while playing games before I updated the drivers, But I was also using atts 2wire Modem at the time so alot of variables were still at play. With that said.Ive had mine for over a year purchased from BestBuy for around 80$, Money well spent. Before I bought this product I tried a netgear PCI card which was a huge mistake, I had alot of problems with it and the guy from NETGEAR's Costumer service spoke very poor english up until the point were he insulted me calling me and idiot when I was having trouble understanding what he was saying. This product was plug and play and had I needed customer service from Linksys (Which is 24/7) I would have gotten an attendant that makes me feel accomplished after hanging up the phone.It took me only 10 minutes to connect the software included is very straight forward. Install a program, Accept some terms, Click next to install drivers and about 2 minutes later youre good to go!Comes with the stick itself a usb cord attached to a stand the you can plug into thats about 4-5' in length. This is great because the back of your computer doesnt have to be clustered up with bulky contraptions and antennas like the most other usb network adapters.Pros:N band is awesome if you have the proper modem/router that can utilize it.Blinking green Led lets you know when youre connectedPortability you can take this anywhere and use it on any number of devices as long as you install the drivers aswell very handyThe Usb cord and stand as stated above this allows you to move the antenna around your room to a degree to pick up optimal signalLooks good not square and uglyNice brandCons: Price is a little higher than I would have liked. But youre paying extra for the USBILITYRight now its about 87 degrees in my house and the device is hot to the touch not really a problem but it might be in any harsher environments.I think that is all, I hope I covered everything and I apologize for my bad grammar :)

Excellent delivery times and in very good condition with all acessories included. Nothing left out only unsealed as it was used but I love it and it is working perfect now for several weeks!

At the current time (January 2010) Linksys does not support this adapter (WUSB600N) on Windows 7 and there is no Windows 7 driver available from Linksys. Do not believe the Linksys Windows 7 Compatibility FAQ that says otherwise. If you wish to have support from Linksys for this adapter on Windows 7, verify that Linksys has a Windows 7 driver to download before buying it.Note also that hardware version 1 of this adapter, which is what you will probably get if you order a recertified or refurbished adapter, or if your vendor has old stock, may never be supported by Linksys on Windows 7.There are Windows 7 drivers available for this adapter from other sources (Windows 7 RTM includes one, and the chipset manufacturer, Ralink has one), but they are not supported by Linksys.Linksys will probably support hardware version 2 of this adapter on Windows 7 eventually.

Works great after years of use. I use this for my employer

I’ve honestly had the same one for over 10 years at this point originally being bought from Walmart. It use to really need the original drivers to work but windows works with it before the operating system is fully installed. I’m actually really surprised to see it still going for as much as 80 dollars. If you need something quick and reliable for internet you won’t be disappointed

ease of use / configure great product long term use

I bought this particular adapter because it was the only one that would work with my WD TV Live Hub. I've tried so many wireless adapter listed on their website and this one WORKED! I just plugged it in and got the Wireless Connection Setting.I paid $36 dollars for this adapter. There are many adapters out there selling for minimum $30 at Futureshop or Best Buy stores in Toronto and they were just bad adapters. The signal on this one is excellent. I was watching Netflix and Youtube without one glitch throughout the entire movie or clips (HD quality too) on my Media Player streaming.Below is the device I am using this wireless adapter.[...]I recommend buying from this seller.
