I didn’t know about the bigger pillow to fill smaller case until read some of the reviews. I have 26” cases and got 28” pillow. They immediately fluffed up out of box and fit great in my case. My other sad pillows will have to be replaced also bc there’s a huge difference. I bought 2 separate and didn’t by the 2 pack bc of reviews and I was willing to spend a little more just in case the 2 pack wasn’t fluffy enough. Picture is one with this pillow and one with old ones. Splurge and get it.I don’t know why they put the pillow box inside another box … it was totally waste. Could have shipped in original box.

These insert pillows rock! I ordered a couple of the 20x20 for my 18x18 (just incase) pillow cases that I’m keeping on my living room furniture. You could get away with the 19x19 for an 18x18 case, because these pillows are so plump and full. They are of great quality and best of all made in America! Hallelujah!!! We need more jobs for my country, so I’m a happy supporter of this. Sure, they are pricey, but you are paying for quality. I will gladly buy these again and plan to do so in the future when I can afford to.

I am so impressed with these pillow inserts! They feel substantial and will hold the karate chop look if that's what you like. They hold their shape and I would not hesitate to recommend or order again. I ordered a 20" for my 18" pillow covers and the fit is perfect. The best part is that they are made in the USA.

After ordering the Amazon recommended brand and another, I wasn't completely satisfied. So, when I looked online for consumer reports and a google search for 2023 best pillow inserts I came upon a couple of articles that rated several different brands of pillow inserts and the pillow insert fillings, I discovered Pillowflex brand listed as 1st place among synthetic cotton blend inserts and Amazon carried them. Yes, they're higher in price, but when you're ordering high end designer pillow covers, you want an insert that isn't going to let you down. These are firm yet soft, meaning the hold their shape and the pillows looks look great. I've ordered this brand several times and will continue to stick with the brand.

As an interior designer I often get custom down pillows for clients and this insert rivals custom! Really nice fluffy-ness to it and can be chopped nicely. Fill out pillow great. Remember to get inserts one size larger then pillow cover!

I bought some 18x18 pillow covers and ordered these 21x21 pillow inserts. They have made my pillows super fluffy and comfortable to use when dozing on my sofa. I highly recommend these inserts if you want nice, full pillows for your furniture.

This pillow has all the softness and flexibility of down. It is on my couch, looks great and is very comfortable.

I purchased 26x26 Insert pillow with good quality. Waiting on my pillow cover to arrive, I will place it on my sofa.

I love how the filling doesn't go all to one end - its a great pillowthe only thing is that it is not really 14" across more like 10" . If you flatten the pillow out then it would be 14" but when it is puffed up it is only 10" - at first I thought this was bad but it turned out OK

The title can be misleading if you're glossing over the info; it says "inserts for pillow shams" (plural) however you only get one. So make sure you order 2 if two is what you're after. I was grumpy about it until I put it in my sham and rested on it - amazingness, pretty sure I heard angels; this pillow is the BEST. I ordered my second one right away because it is so worth it! Still a great deal for the quality you get; 10/10!
