it makes a 10 in. 11 in. or 12 in. width bag but as long as you want. i hope this helps.

Q: What weight paper works best with this board? Is cardstock too heavy?

I found that cardstock actually worked the best. Lighter weight papers will work as well, just use a lighter touch to avoid tearing the paper.

Q: seveeal comments said it would tear thin paper but Can you stack 2 thin pieces of paper together& cut out 2 at 1 time to make it work?

I used thin paper, and it worked for me. If you have a doubt, you're right to stack two sheets together, but I don't think it'll be necessary.

Q: Is it just me? I have a hard time punching the yellow punch. Is there something I can do to sharpen the blades or making the punch easier to use?

The yellow punch does have some resistance but if you are using paper it shouldn't be very difficult to punch. You could try punching a piece of wax paper a couple of times to lessen the resistance.
