This case is constricted very well and is worth way more that $9. I was super impressed by the detail and how expensive it looks. I saw some pretty harsh reviews but I took a chance because I didn't want to pay $16 for the next price jump. I have the ipad 3rd generation ipad, when i popped it in it didn't look like it would hold it, or that it would stay in well but it does. I got this case because I don't want my kids holding the ipad on their laps. The angles for viewing are great and the grooves are large so its doesn't get knocked over from my kids rough use. Using this case for apps that can only be used up and down the long way wont work well but honestly for $9 and free shipping, big deal. It is good to know.

We have previously used both Griffin military grade and otterbox defender series cases. Both broke within a year or less, and obtaining warranty replacement was usually too much to bother. The kids are older now and less likely to drop or throw it, and I felt it wasn't worth spending upwards of $50 for one of these cases. This case already handled a moderate drop by me when I lost my grip. It was closed at time and landed on a throw rug. Not even a jostle out of the case. I will be adding temper glass, as I now see that it will work with this style case. I would highly recommend the combo if there are kids around. One unique feature is the 360 degree rotation of the screen. This allows you to use the cover as a stand in both landscape and portrait modes. Very impressed overall for the price.

Absolutely perfect case! I bought the red ipad case for my iPad (3rd generation) and it fits like a glove, all corners are protected, all proper slots are excessible, and it does not slide out of the case. You can easily turn the iPad 360 degrees, and in horizatonal position it can fit in all three grooves for different angles. In the vertical position, the iPad will only fit in the furthest two grooves (the ones nearest the black band) and not the third groove because it will fall down. Lastly, it has a black band that will properly help keep it close (although it stays closed flat without it) and a sleep mode when you close the case, it automatically turns off the iPad. The price for this case is excellent and I rate this product 5 stars! You won't find another case that has all these features for less than 10 dollars.

Nice structure to this case. Bought it for my 13 year old son. We have owned for 5 months. On one edge, the material has pulled off the plastic back. Have not yet tried to glue. I don't necessarily think this is a total product flaw but this case needs a little more "love" than what a 13 year old gives it.

This fit my iPad really comfortably, but the corner plastic bit that clicks the iPad in and holds it to the case broke off within a week of owning it. Be careful when snapping your tablet in and taking it out. Otherwise, the color was nice and bright red, the elastic scrap kept everything together and compact. It's nice to have a case that functions as a stand as well.

This is a great little case, you will like it and it is worth the money. There are a great many diffent ones on the market, I recommend browsing a few to get an idea if this one has the features you need. It fit my needs perfectly, and it does look nice, is well made.

Operates well, fairly durable. My main complaint is that the edging peels off. Not noticable unless you are using it. Also, the bottom notch for viewing angle is basically useless, its too shallow of an angle and the ipad slides out and falls flat. Other that that, it looks good.

My husband and I both have one. We really like them and will get them again but have one suggestion for the manufacturer. Tthe slots where the iPads rest should be just a bit deeper because the iPads slip as you're working.
