Joy in symplicity.
I spent nearly £40 buying a foot spa from my local Argos, which I could barely squeeze my size 11 feet into. The nobbly bits in the bottom felt like you were placing your feet on a bed of nails. I then foolishly added a load of washing up liquid, pressed 'bubbles', and laid back on my settee to enjoy a wonderful foot massage - wrong! Having fought my way through twenty feet of resulting foam I found myself at the kitchen sink, where I duly emptied said spa, which I then cleaned and made sterile, repackaged and returned to Argos for a refund. Fast forward few days:Laying back on my settee I placed my size 11s into the Large Plastic Butler Bowl, into which I had placed warm water and two measures of a mixture of sea salt, epsom salts and tee tree oil. No nobbly bits; enough room for a Yetti's size 40 feet; no foam tsunami - oh deep joy, as Stanley Unwin would of said. Yes, simplicity is the key.

Bought as a foot bath for my partner.
Not what it was intended for, but it fit the bill! As it turns out, it will also fit my kitchen sink so will be purchasing another when it is time to replace my much lower washing up bowl. Win-win! The boots in the image are Men’s 13 and not “crammed” in but still have a little room at front and back.

Better than it looks
Admittedly this is a very large washing up bowl and admittedly it does fit very snuggly into the sink. At first I thought we might have to trim off one of the handles. The actual handles are firm at the top of the bowl but are more pliable underneath due to the plastic being thinner. Therefore making it easier (especially with time) to be able to fit it easier into the sink. Highly delighted with this item. Love the colour (cream) as it makes the area look cleaner (bought draining rack and small sink cutlery drainer together). Plus as it’s Addis it’s very good quality. Also excellent delivery by Amazon.

Great quality
I bought one initially as a foot bath and it's great, nice and deep to cool my feet in the hot weather. I found that it fit our ordinary sized sink and so I ordered another for the washing up. It's great and a dinner plate fits flat on the bottom and so stacking stuff for the dishwasher is easier. It won't be a struggle to wash the pressure cooker and other large pans. Sterilising my larger jars will also be easier as it's deeper than the average washing up bowl. Good quality plastic as you would expect from addis. My previous bowl was addis was nearly 20 years old.
