NOT WHAT IT'S CRACKED UP TO BE - Hot-HOT-hot possibly hot enough it's hitching web browsing & gaming; minor fan noise, and since it runs hot it's on a LOT I expect I'm going to be replacing this one sooner than later and making use of that warranty. Laptop runs REALLY hot. Like, this is hotter than the computer I was replacing because it was running hot on some online casual games, and it hits that high heat just web browsing/shopping or having music running while also working in powerpoint with basic slides (images and text; no transitions or effects, not recording, not timing, no hyperlinks or video - bare bones basic slide decks). In the time I've been online in just this one tab writing the review, WITH the laptop elevated above the board for airflow, the computer has gotten hot enough that you can smell it and the heat is coming through the keyboard on lefthand side enough that a chocolate bar would melt in less than a minute. Two nights ago I stuck a bag of peanut M&Ms behind it on the desk and a half hour later when I grabbed them (again: on a laptop board that's elevated with two fingers of airflow) enough heat had blown past that the chocolate was melting inside the coating (11/10 rec that for the M&Ms; do not rec the computer). The fan isn't obnoxious, but it is notable. There's a high-pitched undertone that may bother some people. Was supposed to be smooth and ideal for business and play, but the two online games the $600 2021 laptop runs fine - a little hot, but fine - hitches and hang up here and there with this one. Transfer speeds are slower than expected via USB's, including the portable SSD that came with this package (used it just as a test in case it was my backup drive). Battery drops 30% in 1 hour running 1 ppt and periodically hitting email, periodically opening word or a second slide deck, having a reference image open, and periodically doing a web search. (Basic slides, images but no transitions or video, relatively small versus what the lower-grade 5 year old computer was running with some minor delays in saving the larger ones; this one has already hit a 3-7 second pause saving the mid-sized so I'm really looking forward to the big ones now.) This thing WOULD NOT hold up for major gaming, and you'd maybe get one movie in on battery, especially if it's running it off the DVD player that came in the package set. Just not a good buy, not a great value. Disappointing because I'd enjoyed the previous HP laptop enough to grab this instead of going back to Acer as I'd intended to do since my mother and nephew both love the Acers picked out for them (my hangup there was that the Acers tend to sound like a jet engine preparing for takeoff... regrets). Complete aside: The mouse that comes in the kit is FANTASTIC - super smooth, super quiet clicks, super forgiving of surfaces; downside is that it's USB charge only, no replaceable battery so one more drain.

El equipo tiene muy buen rendimiento para juegos solo que si le hace falta más memoria ram por todo lo demás corre cualquier juego en resolución alta y los juego más exigentes en calidad media como si nada.

Es una excelente laptop, con las especificaciones que viene. Un año tengo con ella y la compre en 13,500... lo que les puedo decir que si quieren una lap para gaming y para funciones de edición es excelente. Llego con las especificaciones que venia en la descripción. -El máximo de upgrade es de un SSD M.2 4x4 de 4TB en almacenamiento y 64 GB de RAM) Actualmente tengo 2 TB de almacenamiento y 24GB de RAM). -Si llega alcanzar los 7000 mb de escritura y de lectura de acuerdo al ssd, tengo una WD_BLACK SN850x de 2TB. -A pesar de que tiene en la placa un espacio para agregar una ranura extra de almacenamiento para otra SSD, les comento que no esta activada, lo cual si quieren agregar otra ssd para soldarla, no les va a funcionar. -Tiene un programa OMEN para el funcionamiento de la Lap donde te ayuda a configurar los ventiladores para que no se sobrecaliente y es una chulada. -El único inconveniente es la batería, dura 2 horas sin conectarla en uso rudo, y 4 horas si solo es para escribir y asi. Recomiendo que la conecten cuando están jugando o editando, para que aprovechen el máximo de rendimiento de la grafica y procesador. Puedo decir que es una excelente laptop y muy discreta, las actualizaciones se hardware no es problema y dependiendo de tu economia es la calidad del upsgrade.

اداء ممتاز مع تبريد جيد جدا و الخامات التصنيع جيدة و تعطي ملمس جيد لكن بالتأكيد الجسم الخارجي بلاستيك. فقط العيب الوحيد ان الوان الشاشة غير مشبعة بشكل جيد.

البطارية سيئة جدا اقل من ساعتين وطلبت استرجاع له شهر الحين ما قد وصل لشركة

Am satisfied with my product

Good overall. Bought it for playing light games like Valorant but im not impressed as I saw many videos of people getting 250 fps on high graphics with worse specs. The GPU doesnt seem to be used that much, I've tried everything including upgrading ram to 16GB and updating the drivers. You will get around 70-180 fps in light games and with low-medium graphics. Valorant: 70-150FPS Minecraft: 400-1089FPS (consistent 150 with medium shaders) Roblox: around 120 fps in low graphics but high end games Fortnite: 80-130 fps (performance mode and not consistent) - keep in mind I have 16gigs of ram. PUBG: 60-180 fps on low graphics (not consistent at all) Apex: smooth 144fps after QuickCPU Edit: After using an app called QuickCPU, my fps increased A LOT in all of these games Also, the charger is really weird as it needs to be in a certain random position to charge the laptop and can waste around 5 minutes of your time. I dont know why people are complaining about the battery. It's good for a gaming laptop. Display and speakers are also good. I would not recommend this for gaming but it's a good laptop for general tasks and light gaming.
