Value for money and excellent service support
The product looks classy and very reasonable priced, with UV and UF(Ultra filteration) technology, UV rays kill harmful pathogens and UF as a primary filter for some sediments. The product is great and can be a key feature of your modular kitchen. The service and support was very prompt to get the installation done and good follow up. You can rely on Eureka Forbes.I will use the product and will contact Eureka Forbes if any issue with the functioning or If TDS parameters are not met with the output water supply. If you have municipality water supply just for a UV and UF water purifier, it does not waste water and you can conserve nature by preserving the potable water. Buy a RO if you have hard water or tubewell water supply.

Simple, Functional...Could've have been a bit better
The Product is good and simple to use... Delivery was quick, quick and professional installation of purifier by service agent. We like the product and its easy to use... If the following user experience was improved i would give it 5 stars1. A bottle Holder stand you've helped a great deal2. buttons to controlled water flow, instead of the lever mechanism, if you push the lever back, you use to have short water flow, if the pull the lever forward and up you can have continuous flow... in the up position, if you push the lever down, it hits the water flow, splashing water on the filter body...this is the only user design flaw i see in the model... else its perfect for a home use and stores 6 lit of water incase of power outage...

Terrible Customer Service and AMC Policy
Purchased the Eureka Forbes water purifier in Sept 2019. Purchased the annual AMC as well. The initial installation of the unit was poorly done. We assumed that was a one off experience. Then when the AMC was renewed, their service person was unable to get that reflected in the portal for several weeks. Then recently the unit malfunctioned and the after-sales service was absolutely terrible. They do not service products under AMC in a timely manner. A simple water purifier unit which is a recent model and under company AMC has not been serviced in more than 2 weeks due to "warehouse inventory checks" which have caused all parts shipments to be put on hold as per the local customer service manager.Wow - that's brilliant customer service!Best not to buy Eureka Forbes products if this is the after-sales experience they promise to deliver.

Good product!!
We had a Kent water purifier initially but were really not happy with the amount of water wastage. Hence, we decided to shift to an UV+UF water purifier and what better than Aquaguard. The installation was a breeze. The company called for installation even before the product arrived, and they installed it the very next day. We had a small problem which was also rectified within a day of lodging a service request.Coming to the product, it looks good, and purifies the water well. No water wastage... the flavour of the water is not all that great, but we signed up for it. So, very very happy with the product.

Why you need UV+UF and not RO. What does this model contains? You will have all details here
The product is very appropriate with respect to the municipal water supply (upto 250 TDS). There is no reason why people should consider RO than UV+UF. UV+UF should be the best choice since it purifies the water to the today's ultimate level without loosing any essential minerals. The best choice !Coming to the aesthetics, the design is pretty dope. There are no fancy buttons or displays! Only three indicators (Process-yellow, Filter life - Green, Service- Red), at the front there is the water outlet (tap) and nothing else. The device runs on a 12VDC adapter.Infrastructure wise it needs a workable water connection (i had to take help of a local plumber for a connection to the place where the device is to be installed). Please note that the pressure should be > 50 PSI or >0.3 in the pressure gauge(i forgt the unit) (That will be checked by Eureka Forbes personnel). If pressure is below that please note it will NOT work and a booster pump (100GPD pump will not apply since an extra connection has to be made with LPS inorder to auto-cut the power of the pump when tank is full) has to be installed additionally (Eureka Forbes will install that and will charge Rs.2630 (with tax and everything)). That's all you need. The maintenance cost is the same as classic model (Around Rs.2900 (Kolkata) including everything in total for 2 years). Also ensure that you buy a cover for the purifier (Rs.320), it will be provided by Eureka Forbes on request. The service i had from Eureka Forbes is excellent. No complaints simply and it is totally free.Inside the device mainly there are these things:1) Basic Filter (finely threaded filter)2) Carbon cartridge (largr size)3) Pressure valve (Solenoid valve)4) Low Pressure Switch (LPS)5) Carbon cartridge (small)6) UF cartridge7) Electromagnetic filter (Mineral guard prevents sedimentation under uv chamber)8) Stainless steel UV chamber9) Circuit board10) Solenoid valve11) Sensor for water supply check12) Sensor for water level check in inbuilt tank (5 lit)13) Water tank (5 litres) (Cl tablet will be provided)14) Indicators (3)15) Outlet16) Booster pump (Rs.2630 in additional)17) Biotron cartridge (i think its gimmick since it is a hollow cylinder (magnet sort of) and there is no direct connection with the water i.e it fits around the pipe of the last segment with no direct contact with water)That's all. Hope it helps! For any questions leave a reply to this message
