Value for the money. Mixes well, and tastes good. This hits the spot for a workout!

My favorite preworkout at the moment. I love the flavor and it mixes well with my creatine. It gives me that edge I need in the gym to go for that extra rep and really push it to the limit. Gives me a good boost of energy without feeling bad or sluggish later. For the price it can’t be beat for a solid preworkout.

I used to love the brand, it’s has a great caffeine level for me and the flavors are usually delicious. The last two times I have purchased the orders have come in with moisture in the container causing clumps and in one case the entire container was just a giant rock. I could deal with the clumping but the taste was so off from what it should have been. This happened on two separate occasions with two different flavors. Quality has really gone down and I will not purchase again.

Firstly... THIS STUFF FLIES EVERYWHERE when you pour it in your glass/whtever u put it in. Every time, I try to dodge the fine-powder fly-aways, but nope. Despite this fact, the taste is a soft pretty candy flavor, with a bit of a dusty aftertaste. It is even better diluted, but for performance sake, I usually load it up with a full scoop. The effect of this drink powder is pretty clean, no jitters, but it DEFINITELY makes me so thirsty which I do not like and for that, I take a star off. I would rather be jittery instead of low-key thirsty because I can recognize it as a definite side effect of the drink; there is no lie about it. I don't have any clue if this is healthy for humans or not, and I don't want to speculate on any sports drink safety issues, but please do read the labels on any product. This was used as an alternative to our usual C4 we buy. I hope you like it! & Blessings!

Soooooo.... I got this product as my main preworkout to use daily. I absolutely love the pump you get from it and the affects from it. The stim preworkout is crazy good for advanced lifters however there is one problem. The taste is absolutely awful that's why i rate it a 3. When drinking you either have to chug it in one gulp, have water to flush it down. Or even get a worse flavor to overlap. If you don't care about the taste of your preworkout i would give this product 5 stars. If taste matters like it does too me, stick with a different option.
