I used it for 1 year and it did reduce puffiness.
I used for 1 year, and it did reduce puffiness under my eyes. I used it in the morning before applying other moisturizing eye gel. I leave it standing with the roller ball down, so the product was easily rolled on.

I usually read the reviews
If I would have read the reviews prior to purchasing this, I would have never taken the chance. What a complete waste of money. Never even got to use it! The metal roller ball did not work. I was very disappointed.

Disappointed
I've been using this product for almost 2 weeks now and the reason I'm giving it only 3 stars is because it doesn't work for me. I do love how it feels going on. It's nice and cool and soothing, but it definitely does not depuff.

Great price for 2!
The media could not be loaded. This came in within 3 days, I ordered a set of 2 and keep them cooled in my mini fridge. The formula is non sticky which is my favorite part and the roller makes things so easy!

Works on puffiness
Very cool, feels nice under eyes, and works well. Won't be immediate but does work.

The roller ball did not work
The roller ball did not roll on the first one I received. They sent me a replacement and same thing. The roller ball did not roll. No liquid came out of either of them. I tried and tried. I returned them. I was bummed. I really wanted to try this product.
