Kenwood Food Processor 800W Multi-Functional With Reversible Stainless Steel Disk, Blender, Whisk Fdp301Wh White

It broke from the second use. Suddenly, the smoke and a bad smell came out from the device despite of the gentle use.

Considerably smaller than advertised. Emits strong burnt plastic smell and SMOKE (!) after use. Does not blend any better than a comparable 40 dirham product. Is this a genuine Kenwood product??

Food processor bowl works just fine. It's 800w as described however still doesn't give a fine grind. Good for a coarse grind. Blender jar is poorly designed. It has a step kind of a build inside the jug right above the blending blade. So if you use bigger chunks of veggies or fruits, they'll not blend properly. You'll have to shake the jar couple of times or chop em into smaller chunks before blending. That part is frustrating.

Just opened and used for making a banana date milk shake and the room filled with smell of burning motor. Will be returning the item.

They delivered the machine not working and damaged box

For the price, I was surprised at how thin the plastic was on this. Having said that, it does everything I want and does it well. From blitzing tomatoes, nut and seed mixture and making good breadcrumbs in the processor to making good smoothies using ice and frozen ingredients. Also used the blender to make Oat milk. Perfect. The thinner plastic just makes me take more care in washing and drying it. It's not a compact machine but it takes up so little space on the worktop. It's light, so easy to move around the kitchen. The motor is fast and has 2 speed settings as well as avpulse function. Really pleased with it and will take care of it so lasts

Good

This was bought as a replacement of my old Kenwood blender that stopped working. I am so pleased with this as it is really easy to use and has a smaller blender which is ideal for making smoothies. It is strong enough to crush ice and frozen fruit. The main blender has multiple parts and great for chopping veg, making soup, and deserts. It is strong, powerful and not too bulky. I would recommend as a gift for others or to yourself.

A useful item indeed, I've used it a good few times now and it's worked well for whatever I've wanted to do. It replaced a very old Kenwood side-motor version which had given up the ghost after about 20 years! Compared to the old one it has very similar performance, one thing I noticed immediately is how loud it is. The old unit was loud, sure, but it wasn't grating. This one is really, really loud in comparison. Cut backs on insulation maybe, or simply the shape. It comes with some useful tools, and some not so useful. The grater & slicer is good, the normal blades are good quality and very sharp, the blender is useful. The silicon/soft plastic ended spatula was warped and is easily damaged, and the emulsifier disc feels like it's made of cheap, brittle plastic (I've never had need to use one though, so no biggie!) All in all it should give me years of reliable service!

Really easy to use. I bought this for my mum a while back and it’s still working really well. I would say the only downside to this is that it isn’t really that easy to click the top part to the unit at the bottom. It’s really hard to attach so that it can blend and once everything is blended it’s really hard to twist it off. I find it difficult and since mums hands aren’t great it doesn’t make it easy at all. But other than that it’s brilliant. It’s nice and compact as well so doesn’t take up loads of room in the cupboard.
