This product is suited for oily skin as mentioned in description. I missed out on that part and my normal/ dry skin get stripped of oils entirely after using it. Otherwise it's a good product and it removes my makeup nicely.

The product itself is very good. However, the dirt sticking to the bottle and the disfigured packed box was an issue.

I started using this foam facial wash some 5 years ago on the advise of my Spanish Pharmacist. I have had acne/rosacea problem skin for at least 50 years, yes I’m too old now for teenager skin.This wash is perfect for my sensitive skin, it leaves skin feeling clean and refreshed and it smells lovely. I have tried SO many other washes and lotions etc but I always go backto this to calm and correct my skin condition.If I could give it 10 stars I would.Everyone is different and whilst it does wonders for me, I do hope it proves invaluable to others.

As my skin is combination and sensitive I’ve been using Avene products for more than 20 years and this cleansing foam is absolutely brilliant! Has a nice mild smell, cleans gently living my skin soft and refreshed, while it also removes light make up. Most important is that it calms irritation and corrects bad skin condition like stinging, dryness and burning sensation. Have also noticed that it keeps breakouts away! I definitely recommend this product.

This is the only face wash that I keep coming back to! I have first discovered this product in Scandinavia, which is easily available in pharmacies, but here in UK I could not find it in any shops, except on Amazon. I love this product as it feels so soft on my skin I can barely feel it. I would not say that I have a particularly sensitive skin (which this product is mainly intended for), but I have a combination skin, with oily T-zone and occasional break-outs on my forehead (even though I'm in late 20s), and this product seems to be the only one that keeps the break-outs away. I can even sometimes feel a pimple is about to break out, and this wash seems to stop it most of the times. I have tried another face wash from Avéne (or many other brands for that matter) for oily skin, but somehow it seemed to encourage the breakouts even more. So now I am definitely sticking with this one, just wish they sold them in Boots or something.

I love Avène products and have been using their moisturiser for years. I thought I would try this foam (I think they might have stopped making it) and was surprised to find my mature, dry skin felt a bit tight after using it. This foaming face wash has a lovely smell and works well if I don't have makeup on. Unfortunately it does not remove makeup, which was the reason why I bought a foaming face wash.
