Enid Blyton The Complete Secret Seven Collection 16 Books Box Set

So far I've read up to book five and they're great. What escapism! And I'm only in my 50s!!!

THIS ISN'T A BOXED SET! The image fooled me into thinking it was. What it is, is 15 books surrounded by shiny printed paper curving round 3 sides (left, right and back). It's only held together by the shrink wrap it comes in, and once you remove that you'll have 15 loose books and the printed piece of paper - ALL LOOSE! It's not that this isn't a bargain (it is), but don't be fooled by the image into thinking it's a Secret Seven boxed set! (Always having boxes in the house, I managed to create a box the right size, glue the printed paper onto it, and then cover the whole thing - so that now, I have a boxed set!)

My 8 year old Niece has recently been adopted into our family. My sister in law requested I buy these for her. She loves them, and will look after them as until now, presents have been thin on the ground x

I loved these books when I was a kid, so got this for my daughter's 8th birthday. She loves reading and she took to reading this series as soon as they arrived. The packaging is good and definitely worth the price

The series came with on duplicated book and one missing. Amazon organised a replacement series. Therefore had to replace one book in original series. The reason for keeping original series was outer casing was damaged in transit on the replacement. The original had slight damage. Therefore the distributors need to provide slightly better packaging. Otherwise my Granddaughter is really pleased!

What a wonderful series. I read it as a kid and now getting to see my son enjoy the same. He is quite the bookworm and devoured the entire series in a matter of days. Highly recommend Secret Seven, Famous Five and the Adventure series. Great read for 6 - 9 year olds.

This was the first introduction to Enid Blyton books for my 10year old. He absolutely loved the books and it was hard to get him to put the books down! Would highly recommend.
