Non functional concealed Cistern.
In one month time, the components like plastic tube, float valve, angle valve have stopped functioning. The plastic tube has developed crack and not functional. We are thus not able to use the cistern causing lot of inconvenience to us.

Round flush plate
It said round flush plate but i have received rectangle plate. Worst part is that the plumber while fitting refused to put this on because of the bad quality plastic material inside the box. Its a real bad product

Worst quality flush button plate
The flush button system plate is of very cheap quality it is not at all good.all the remaining parts of the product are good.
