I purchased Gas-X Ultimate Strength Softgels to help with digestive preparation for a colonoscopy. I found the 500 mg strength to be effective for managing the bloating and gas that often comes with the intensive prep process. The softgels are small and smooth, which made them easy to swallow during a time when my stomach was already sensitive. One specific concern I had was the color pigment of the capsules, as colonoscopy instructions are very strict about avoiding certain dyes. However, the coloring of these softgels did not interfere with the procedure or cause any issues for the doctor. It is a reliable, high-strength option that does exactly what it is intended to do without complicating medical requirements.

I had the stomach flu and this is the only thing that helped with the bloating and pain relief. No taste which is great in general. Very effective

I have IBS and I've had it most of my life. I have no idea why I didn't buy these a long time ago because it is cut the pain in my abdomen and doubled over miserably in pain down to about 25% out of 100%. I am so going to keep purchasing this stuff it's amazing

These definitely deliver noticeable relief from discomfort and bloating. I felt calmer and less gassy fairly quickly after taking them. The 500 mg simethicone formula seems strong and effective, especially after larger meals or rich foods. On the downside, the softgels are a bit large and can be harder to swallow for sensitive folks. The relief was good, but not dramatically faster than some other simethicone products I’ve tried, so the “ultimate strength” claim feels slightly overstated. Overall, they work well enough when I need gas relief, but I don’t find them significantly better than standard options to make them a must‑buy every time.

Was recommended to use after surgery, I must say these are a life safer! I just purchased again to have on hand. Easy on the stomach, strong enough you only need to take 1 a day.
