yes, there is 1/4'' screw on the bottom of the PT-3 triple cold shoe bracket.

Will this work with zhiyun crane 2?

yes, it is universal for any gimbal with 1/4'' thread on the bottom.

does it have the ability to screw in an attachment at the bottom so you could stack a mic and light vertically?

Yes. There are 1/4” holes beneath both knobs into which you could fasten accessories.

Will this work with a Zhiyun Crane M2?

I don't know but I will say that it is very adjustable and it isn't expensive. I have two very different cameras and it work for both of them.
