Good. Tastes yucky but is what it is.

Simply a great product at a good price. If you are familiar with what your body really needs as opposed to what your body thinks tastes good it is easy to use this product. Best to mix it with your smoothies because the flavor does not enhance your appreciation of the product. But believe me your DNA will appreciate this product as well as Spirulina and Fulvic Minerals to remove your worries about getting enough greens into your food supply. A strawberry and banana(or any fruit combination that you really enjoy) smoothie plus the 3 products mentioned with some cocoa and pure maple syrup for enhancing the flavor along with some raw protein powder can hold your appetite for 4 to 6 hours and re-energize your body by increasing your metabolic rate. I have one everyday for breakfast and drink it all by 12 to 1 pm. I usually make about 40 ounces in my blender and that takes care of my food until well past lunch time. But since it is all I take I occasionally eat an extra piece of fruit if I am working out.

As vitamin supplement

I have never taken Chlorella, but on the urging of my friend, I decided to give it a try. I chose the powder because it has less processing than the tablets. I am not sure if the tablets are as potent? and then I don't want to take a handful of tablets either. I mix this powder in water and add stevia and its fine. You can mix it in juice or a smoothie. When put into a smoothie, you really can't taste it even though your smoothie looks green. Sometimes, I put it in my morning hot cereal with the same results.I have a condition called Interstital Cystitis (IC) when has no known cure. It is a very debilitating disease. It also effects the nerves in the bladder and colon. But since taking the Chlorella, I have noticed a big improvement in pain, colon health, digestion and my body is more alkaline which is a plus. I still eat a diet high in vegetables and fruits but by adding the Chlorella its been a real plus to how I feel on a daily basis.With IC, I can't take ANY BRAND of supplements. Chlorella provides all the necessary supplementation I need because it contains vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc. Its a "Whole Food" so the body can use it more efficiently without any side effects that I would normally get with supplements. Chlorella has been called "nature's perfect food."This is my second order and I will continue to take this great nutritious product for my health. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has health problems.

It would have been nice if the deliverer verified I lived at the home. Received product at a perfect time mowing the lawn and needed replenishment that water wasn’t satisfying. The Chlorella arrived like a blessing I was two hours into mowing half of a quarter of an acre in the backyard and less than that that size in the front. I even started a little weed whacking. After drinking the it took about an half hour for me to really feel the effects because I was hot and tired. I noticed that I was doing little extra things here and there in the front yard like getting the electric chain saw and cutting down some branches that outgrow over the winter through the fencing I had put up over 10 years ago. Top of that I went back and swept aka cleaned up the yard debris that in the past allowed nature to take its course. I spent a total of four hours in the yard yesterday and I have a disability turned vegetarian over 10 months ago. I’m not saying that I’m not sore i feel the work out from the yard work yet my body feels good. I feel extra warm and diagnosed with low iron always wearing gloves and a coat while people look at me strange depending on the weather outside appreciate the internal body temperature rise aka heat I feel after 9 hours of taking it for the first warm inside.
