Evergreen FlagBlack Iron Cemetery Garden Flag Stand - 15”W x 28”H

I have four of these stands and gave two as gifts. I've had them for a few years now. The metal holds up in the humid Gulf South. To secure the flag onto the pole, I use a drill and put a hole about 1/2 through a wine cork. Then push the cork onto the open end of the stand once your flag is in place. Make the hole just big enough to twist/push the cork on. I have a TON of wine corks that I try to recycle into other projects. Each lasts for several years and work great to hold the flags on my many garden flag stands. I change out my flags about 4 times per year with the seasons, holidays, sport teams, etc. When one cork falls apart, I have many replacements ready.

Loved this, the angle of the loop to hold the flag on is a bit large so you need to use the plastic flag stop so it won’t blow away. That being said, it makes it easier to get the flag on and the stop works. Very sturdy, nicely made, it doesn’t tilt or lean.

The description says 28 inches and 30 inches and 44inches. Which one is it? It's so short my flag almost touches the grass. I do like that it is one solid piece so it won't break in the middle.

This flag pole does a great job, I have not had an issue with it displaying my flag. I will also add that it is more versatile than advertised as I am not using this for a flag at a cemetery, instead it is displaying a flag in my landscaping. Knocked down a star due to lack of rubber stopper to keep the flag on, maybe the design keeps the flag on in the wind better than other garden flag poles that I have, but overall I am not willing to take that chance as flags are pricey.

Not as tall as my other one, but one piece, so the flag isn't always circling and pointing the wrong direction.

I had been looking for a smaller flag pole to use at the cemetery. The garden sized poles were just a little too tall, but this one is perfect. It is small enough that it can be placed inside the bronze flower vase at the cemetery (it's retangular shaped) during the spring and summer when the grounds must remain clear for mowing the grass. I use floral styrofoam in the vase and push the pole inside the foam and arrange flowers around the pole beneath the flag. During the fall and winter, I can put the pole in the ground next to the grave. With the variety of flags available for every season and holiday, my mom's gravesite with look very nice. I am very pleased with my purchase!!

As sturdy a flag stand as you will ever find. Virtually indestructible. Just realize that, installed, this thing has a height in the 24" range, not the typical 30" height for other stands.On a positive note: this thing can't break. Most, if not all, the 30" stands have 2 or even 3 pieces. Many a time they bend, deform or even break at the point where the 2 vertical pieces screw together. Not good! I know, I had one and got rid of it.

I purchased this after my parents passed away and they're huge fans! I mean, I can really display all of their favorite interest on this so that everyone knows they were life long Pacers fans!
