Exactly Post warranty period, the iron stopped working on 03.02.2024 and I booked a call. The service personnel informed me that the repair charges would be around 1400/-.rupees.I feel cheated as the repair cost is higher than the whole product cost. How is it justified?I will never ever buy any Havells product and would discourage others by informing this fact.
