The state-of-the art inverter top loading fully automatic 6.5 kg LG washing machine has been delivered within two days from the ordering date even during the the mega festival offering period. The product has been installed and commissioned incl. the demo of first run by LG on the same day, as the automatic trigger process of Amazon well coordinated with LG in advance and arranged for timely response. The price is lovely and the product is fantastic. LG technician supported well to arrange for 3 meter inlet hose pipe instantly, as the standard supply is only of 1 meter length. Of course we paid for the same. The LG technician explained about all the capabilities and operational aspects. It is very difficult to notice that the washing machine is in operation while using Normal and Strong (Jeans) modes! The wash quality and drying is very good. We are more than happy to share our joy despite a small hiccup we faced while interacting with the customer care representative who was not supportive. It took 45 minutes to conduct one wash, rinse and spin cycle together. We can sleep well when the washing machine is in operation very silently. Its high speed motor and smart fuzzy operation takes care of high quality wash in no time. It is easy to operate also.

Its a gd machine and have a 6.5 l capacity. You can add a bedsheet, 2-3 shirts, and 5-6 daily wear clothes at a time. Depending on the cloth material, you may also add more than this. There are different modes which can function automatically or manually. It is silent and doesnt take much space. It comes with a pipe and tap fittings, to which the pipe can be attached as the machine controls the water intake through this pipe. The tap fittings can fit to any normal tap, no special tap needed. Pipe can be easily removed. LG provided a free demo and installation also, so that's gd. The warranty also is not an issue even if it is ordered online, you may also confirm this by calling LG customer care. You should try to use liquid detergent as the powedered detergent needs more rinsing cycles to be completely off the clothes and thus consume more water. The white powder can stick to clothes. So any normal liquid detergent can be used, dont have to be specific. It also have a water conserving mode in which you can just command it to wash clothes, and then can manually take them out for hand and bucket rinsing ,without the previous water drained out. Dryer can be functional alone afterwards. This can be useful if there is less water available. Dont have hot water inlet so only normal water can be added, you may ask the LG person if it can bear hot water, dont know abt it. It also has timer, child lock, soaking if you use timer and other features which are explained by LG representative while demo. So overall good product.

During the first week I had very bad experience with the program and operation. I faced low water flow to the machine and got irritated. During the installation LG technician didn’t explain much and also didn’t check the water pressure. I raised a complaint with Amazon to replace the machine or to refund but LG team sent anothe experienced technician and he advised to change the tap/ valve. I did change and the WM works very smoothly. No noise and very compact for small or even bigger house. Blindly go for it.. worth buying at less price. I exchanged my 12 yr old IFB WM for 1700 and paid only 16K. Buy decal powder only from online so you get at less price.

I must say I am an LG fan, I have LG fridge, washing machine and AC.... I find LG brand very trust worthy, my previous semi automatic washing machine was also LG which I used almost 5 years and faced no problem at all not even serviced once... Recently I upgraded to top load fully automatic and writing this review after using it for almost 1 month. I am loving it so easy to operate and smooth noise free and high end wash quality. Had a issue with installation but after followup with Amazon customer care it was sorted out smoothly. I would recommend this product.

It's good product .Have been using since more than 40 years . Steel cabinet is better than plastic .The company shall also provide. " Cleaning Tablets " with the product initially on purchase ; to enable it to clean against excessive salt or calcium deposits coming with bore well water . No need to go for complexity of providing hot water etc .The product is extremely good as it is ; but price is slightly more. Top cover shall be transparent to see inside view .That's all for me to submit .

Amazon had made this order worst by poor delivery service. I have received it 3 days past the schedule delivery date and they blamed me for the delay citing a reason that i have requested for rescheduled delivery which I have never done. And the extended warranty I have ordered is yet to reach me although it is going to be close to 2 months. Regarding the washing machine, it is good, sturdy and very well serves the purpose. The only demerit i could say is the limited favorite program setting. It allows to save only one custom program as favourite because of which I need to edit it quite often to meet out my requirements.

Wonderful machine. .but it doesn't work for only wash option. .bad bad bad service from lg serviceman. First he doesn't reach on time then after seeing that machine is already opened and installed he refused to give demo. Saying that u already know how to use he took our sign n went. And didn't even touch the machine . Now we know only basic functions. .anyways machine is smart new easy

We have Samsung wobble technology 7.5 kg top loading washing machine which was working flawlessly for 5 years. I planned to purchase one for my mother and found this LG inverter technology 6.5 kg machine will suit the purpose. This one is super silent and exceptional machine for this price. We ordered this machine on 9th Oct and received it on 11th Oct, installation technician visited on 12th Oct (today) and found to be working satisfactory. When compared to my Samsung machine, this has following pros: Auto start after power cut Less power consumption due to inverter technology Silent operation Hydraulic operation of top lid which will save your fingers Fitted with rat guard (it is plastic made) Air dry function (not yet tested)
