I hate this tablet. I had a Teclast 65 Pro I really liked, but the charger port failed and I returned it for an exchange. Due to someone's incompetence, they couldn't send me a replacement so I ordered this one. It sucks. The battery life is abysmal and I've had it less than 5 months. The charger port is already getting iffy, the case is flimsy, and I'm beginning to question the quality of Teclast products. If I have to return this one? I won't buy Teclast again. NOT recommended. Update. I got used to this tablet and really began liking its qualities. Fast, smooth, great color, video, audio. Unfortunately, the charger port failed. I reached out to the company and they have been above and beyond helpful and stood solidly behind their year warranty. When I had to return it they even refunded the return shipping. I can't say enough good things about their support. They have been simply outstanding.
