Perfect seasoning for fish, not salty. Great value for the price, 5lbs for $10.00, we use this at my job . Very impressed with the taste has a hint of Lemon 🍋.

Wow! The restaurant style flavor seasoned on snapper taste just right with tartar sauce. It’s very easy to use and you don’t need that much to coat a small batch of fish filets. I pat dry the fish with some paper towels, then add to 1 beaten egg white in bowl, then add to a separate plate with cornmeal mix. I just keep pushing it into the mixture until no more can stick. Then I lay then in a baking pan with parchment paper underneath. For small 1 pound batch you could just a plate with a small sheet of parchment paper to let the coated fish lay on. Heat up your oil until the temperature reads about 350f. Then add in the coated fishes not to crowd the pan. I used a medium pot and use vegetable or canola oil for frying. The size of this cornmeal mix is a huge 5 pounds! This should last me a while since I am only cooking for 2. I rate this fish coating mix as 5 Stars! Quantity and Quality all in a 5 pound bag. I can’t wait to try there other products as I haven’t explored yet.

Great for fish fries. Batter is light and crispy.

I do love this product. And I use it for deep frying catfish. But as you can see, it's not packaged good for shipping...This is a replacement, to replace the first busted package shipped.. And this one arrived busted at the seam as well.. This package however, had bubbles in the box.. But the product itself, should have been wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a smaller box.. Is a excellent product and easy to use.. But Sadly just getting it shipped safely is the problem...I don't know wherever the box or its contents had been..So twice now I am not going to use this product for safety reasons..I been trying to return the second shipment.. And says ineligible for return..And cant find a way to contact customer service with Amazon...I can't help it if both shipments were Damaged...I would at least like a refund if they can't ship it properly....ugh...🙁😡Depressing...I added photos for both shipments...First shipment is the last 2 photos no bubbles...Ones with bubbles is 2nd shipment...

This is not only a good value it's a nice crispy tasty batter it tastes like long john silver battered fish it's so fresh i used it for my jumbo shrimp it was the best thing to do so it will be good for fish and everything you can use like fried okra and more.

The name is all you need to know,if you want a good flavor not to salty or spicy this is it, I add a little salt pepper and cayenne will I fry fish.

My husband and I think this is the best seasoned fish fry breading we have found. That's why we buy it in five pound bags. Nicely seasoned with a little zip to it.
