Clarathon Replacement Filter for 2013+ Bullfrog Spa - 10-2870 Blue Media with Longer Threaded Fitting

So far these filters seem to be working fine, although they have only been in for a week. They perfectly fit our 2014 Bullfrog Spa and were a lot less expensive than the spa supply store were selling at $69/ea. They also looked exactly like the ones that came with the spa.

Perfect for our spa

I had these filters in my Bullfrog Spa (R7L) for two months before they restricted the flow so much, the hot tub stopped working. I removed them and power washed and put back in but the flow was still very low. We only use our hot tub a couple times per week with usually only one person at a time. We also shower before entering to eliminate most of the moisture crane, etc from messing with the water quality. We also have the circulation pump option for water filtration. If you don't have the circ pump, your main pumps may do a better job of pulling water through the filters.I put my old filters (OEM filters from Bullfrog) back in and the flow was greatly improved. The replacement filters use a different "paper" material that seems finer than the ordinary paper.
