Dishwasher- Product was as described. Seller took a month to ship though.

EVERYTHING was awesome, minus the 4 inch gash from shipping...but ill keep it, sending it back is a freekin nightmare

Broken
I have only had it since 2018 and the bracket for seal is broken causing seal to fall out. leaks everywhere. I have contacted seller with no results. Seller still has not responded. IT has a seven year warranty for inside of unit it is covered. SO seller must fix. I bought it from Amazon and am not getting help from them either. I hope people think twice before buying this unit.

Be careful who you buy from.
Door leaks. Gasket too short. On back order. I would gladly exchange for another but Factory Depot refuses.

Lightly damaged = trash
Returned it .It leaked from the bottom..Was supposed to be lightly damaged..This thing was broken all over the place...

Buy this DW at your own risk!
Beware! This DW1833D3SE 18" Avanti Dishwasher is a waste of your money! I have one and it worked great for 7 months before the detergent door began to fail. (BTW, you won't find any parts for this product on the Internet, except through Avanti, with no prices listed!) I called their In-home Warranty Service and was told I would receive a call from a local service provider. Three weeks later having received no call, I re-called Avanti and was told that there was no Avanti service providers in my area! So, when were they going to let me know! Instead of receiving warranty service, they said they would send me a replacement part with instructions, and I would have to make the warranty repair by myself. Three days after that call, they sent me an email requesting a check for $10, a copy of my proof of purchase, and a photocopy of the model number sticker on the DW. Plus, I would have to pay to ship the bad part back to Avanti! That's ridiculous! I refused to send the $10 check and asked that my case be reviewed by their Warranty Service director. I don't know what they will tell me, but I'm guessing that Avanti is a company that won't last. Find another brand!

Was not working
We had an Avanti 18" dishwasher before and it was working for 10 years before it broke. This was the reason we purchased again an Avanti model. This new dishwasher was not working at all after installation. It showed Error code E4 and there was no way to get to work. It had also bent parts inside the door. We returned it.
