I bought the batteries for an Arlo camera in Dec 18. The batteries came well packaged and look to be well made and charged quickly on first use (partially charged on delivery). The batteries are holding charge well and seem comparable to batteries nearly twice the price. I will update this review after 6 months of use but for now they seem like a good buy.
