I’m usually an 8.5, I ordered the 9 and they fit perfectly. I’m kind of fussy about how the part between my toes sits and feels and these are great - no weird pressure points or irritation. I got lucky because this color and size were also a total steal - less than half what they usually cost (which is spendy for flip flops but they seriously last forever). They have improved the soles since my last pair 12 or 13 years ago. Very happy. Lightweight sandal with all the comfort. I usually wear orthoheel sandals, but they are heavy for a sandal with a little more arch support. But sometimes, you just want a lighter sandal, but not as light as a flip flop. I bought 8 wide bc I sometimes wear my compression socks with sandals. I've have suffered from plantar fasciitis for years and even had the plantar fasciitis release sugery on one foot. I will definitely buy more of these.
