For many, many years I have been a fan and purchaser of Kent combs. Superb quality! So I thought I'd try one of their Boar Bristle hair brushes. Although It arrived promptly I was alarmed the first time I used it. The bristles started coming out and appeared to be made of plastic....not boar bristles. In addition, when using the brush, my hair experienced "static cling". Guess I should have asked what the ratio of plastic vs. boar bristles were used. I will go back to ordering the boar bristle brushes made in Germany (always good quality).

I bought this for my travel bag and own the full size Kent hair brush. While this is lighter and works great I don't think the bristles are Boar Bristle. They are plastic, I pulled one and burned it. Not hair. Is it a good brush yes. But in my opinion it's not what is advertised. 4 stars.

I finally found a boar bristle hairbrush that is lightweight and easy to hold. The other brushes I’ve purchased in the past with boar bristles tend to be heavy in my arthritic hands. This one is so easy to hold and it does a good job of brushing my medium length hair. This will easily become my favorite all-time hair brush.

Yes this item is abit pricy but the overall quality speaks for itself. Excellent workmanship..long lasting..quite satisfied.

I have had a horsehair brush for 35 years. I never thought i would find another brush i liked as well as this. This boars hair brush is great. I bought two. 😊

I have been searching for a good hair brush for all my life. When I was a child, over 70 years ago, always with very long hair, the health of my hair was dependent on daily brushing - at least 100 strokes, but usually closer to 300. I have spend my life using bad brushes until my husband noticed these on AMZ. So I bought two varieties and have been brushing at least 100 strokes for the past few days and my long hair looks shiny, bright, smiling, happy and hair loss is noticeably less. TY TY TY
