Nonstick Review: Really good non stick backing tin. - This baking tin is amazing. I thought I might have problems getting the sponges out but needn’t have worried. I used this to make the angel slices from week 1 of the GBBO. I worked well. Review: Good quality pan- difficult to fill - This is a good quality pan- nice and heavy with good non stick coating. My only issue is that it’s quite awkward to fill the individual sections because of the size of them which means it can get quite messy. I’m also still undecided about whether baking times need adjusting slightly, as you’re technically cooking in smaller amounts, so it’s worth paying attention to that on initial use.

Not deep brownie pan, ideal for small cakes.

I haven’t used it yet but I have got it for the crispy edge on the brownie I mean who doesn’t love an edge. The tin appears sturdy enough.

Le moule est conforme à la photo, reçu rapidement. Il est assez épais ce qui me permet de dire qu'il paraît assez solide mais j'ai pas encore utilisé.
