As others have noted, the product has a superior feel compared with most trays I've owned...it feels sturdier. Thanks to answers to a question I posted to the owner community, I learned about the width of the tray's lips...turns out they rest perfectly on the interior sides of my desk drawer. Would be nice if the seller posted more than one pic so viewers could get a better look at the edges. Also, I understand the logic behind design decisions re the shape and dimensions of the pockets. Ideally, though, customers should have control over how to use space...perhaps customizable dividers? I suppose that would raise the price, but bet there's a market for it. All in all, this tray is a big improvement over the one it replaces.

Everything by Madesmart that I have purchased has been a great buy. They have well thought out products with high-quality materials, which are much better than anything else I have seen on the market. They make the other brands look and feel cheap by comparison. I don't know why it's so hard to find a desk drawer organizer that doesn't seem flimsy. This is the only one that I've found that doesn't. I have their kitchen and junk drawer organizers as well, which are also very well made. Good products.

If you think this will fit in a drawer that you measured, think again. The actual measurements are way off. It’s actually 9” X 16” X 2”

It just so happens that this fits perfectly on the top of the side-glides of my drawers, so I purchased several and use them in several shallow drawers in my kitchen. The advantage for me is that these are very shallow, as are the under-counter drawers above the knee space in the built-in desk in the kitchen. I can slide them forward or backward, thus allowing me to have a second level for storage even in the very shallow drawers.

Tray is 1 7/8" tall from top to bottom. Nice tray, just need something under 1 1/2" tall to fit in the drawer I need it for.

Some other compartments are flimsy and cheap plastic. This is high quality and feels like it was worth a little extra money. I like that they use rubber for some of the compartments and slick plastic for others. This makes it easy to pick up certain items and nice for paperclips to just slide out when you grab one.

Perfect for super shallow drawers. Good compartments. Durable.

The tray is great to organize little bits and pieces during Lego builds. Easy to put it away with Lego parts still in it so you can return to the build after quickly with minimal effort. The 'rounded' corners makes grabbing little pieces very easy. Highly recommended for Lego builders.

Nice sturdy product - I don't understand what they are talking about a "tray within a tray", but I don't care; it does what I wanted it to do.

The size indicated in the photo is incorrect. It's not 5.8" wide, more like 9".
