Love this engraver.It is my first engraver and I love it.little difficult putting it together and set up right but we'll worth the time it took.still a lot to learn but works very well.

Put together with video, which helped. There are no instructions how to use. I had to look up video how to use. Also needed to download Lightburn.

This laser work good for the first week after that connection was hard to get. Even though I was running a cord from the computer to the laser. Keep on saying it’s not connected. Once I did get connected the laser stop working it wouldn’t fire. I tried calling longer support Service, but never could get an answer. Even left my number.I didn’t get a call back so I sent it back to Amazon for for a full refund.
