This greatly disappointed my partner as I couldn't turn on the heat ...
My knob broke. This greatly disappointed my partner as I couldn't turn on the heat for her. Thankfully, I was able to get myself a new knob from this seller. It was a very easy fix. I just had to pull out my old knob firmly and sharply. To replace it all I had to do was insert it gently. My partner is now extremely satisfied with this new knob. Thanks Mr Seller, you've saved my relationship.
