This heatpad got me close to two years of daily use. Unfortunately it errored out but a quick talk with customer service and they replaced it as it was under warranty and I'm using the replacement. Gets nice and hot, almost too hot at times but just turn it down

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME! I bought this product in October and we aren’t even through December and IT QUIT ALREADY. I am a disabled senior on a very fixed income and I am a CHRONIC PAIN PATIENT! This is the second item that I’ve purchased from this company and I will NEVER do it again. The first pad I spent almost $200. on and it lasted three months and this company NEVER even tried to make good on it. DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OR ANY OTHER ITEM FROM UTK! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF, TOO!
