I am suffering neck pain and headache for at least five years. Many of my symptom are very severe, like tingling in the arms, face numbness, weak legs and dizziness. I feel I no longer enjoy my life because of these symptoms.I start visiting chiropractor on daily routines since 6 months ago. So far, I have ZERO improvement from chiropractor. In my last neck evaluation, my chiropractor words sound like there is nothing can cure my neck problem unless surgery. I was very desperate when I search the key word 'neck pain pillow' on Amazon. After browse a while, I decided to give this pillow a try.When I received this pillow, I felt it different than my other pillows at home. It touches soft but bounce very firm. It can provide enough support to my neck and relief my muscle. I can also adjust the thickness with additional memory foams that come along with the pillow. After switched to this pillow, I felt I get more deep sleep during the night, and my neck pain has IMPROVED!Thanks for this great product! Now I am thinking buying these pillows for my parents.

Very good quality for this price, much better than I expected. Tried two night already, it offers super comfortable support to my neck. The good thing is it comes with extra more memory foam which can be added into the pillow to adjust the height to your favorite (that also mean can take some out, I actually took out some of the foam to fit my neck).

I am EXTREMELY disappointed by this purchase. I was originally so happy with this pillow because it’s so comfortable, but after 3 days I woke up to bites all over my arms and back. I looked under the pillow case and there were the shells from bed bugs. Absolutely unacceptable and horrifying. Stay away

I've had the pillow for almost three weeks now and feel comfortable to write a review now.First impression: Well constructed. Easy to adjust pillow firmness thanks to pillow having zipper access and additional stuffing included. Easy to clean thanks to pillow cover having zipper as well. No odor.Continued impression from first night to almost 3 weeks later: First night the pillow was very firm but I wanted to make sure it was not going to flatten out so I slept a second night at this firmness, which is too firm for my liking. Middle of the second night I (in the dark mind you) unzipped both pillow cover and pillow and removed two large handfuls of stuffing. I have not needed another adjustment! It has been the PERFECT pillow every since. It is neither hot nor cool. In other words it's like any other pillow I've had in that aspect. The pillow is not loosing it's now adjusted firmness. It is very comfortable.Even though I caught this on a good daily or lightening (I forget which) deal I still feel that over $30 for a pillow is a lot. But if this continues to hold up as well as it has thus far, I may likely change my mind. Buying a $5-$10 pillow every few months isn't cost effective either.

It was broken in and fit me perfect. I came across this pillow during a lightning sale and figured what the heck, I’ll give it a shot and if it sucks I’ll just send back. I’m keeping it! Not only does it come with a pillow cover-which is typically an extra cost-it is adjustable!I was able to easily remove about 30% of the phone to get it almost identical to the same firmness and flatness as my old one.I intend to buy one for my wife and I’m also going to buy another one to Tuckaway in the closet just in case they stop making these in the next 20 years Hah

While this was a comfortable pillow with almost no odor out of the box, it is not King-sized. I could recommend it to people who want Queen sized pillows, but the description is misleading. The dimensions of the "King" pillow are 18"x30" - which is the standard measure for a Queen sized pillow. King pillows are, as a standard, 18-20"x36". Apparently the dimensions of the "Queen" are even smaller at 17.5"x25" based on other people's comments.

My Neighbor Totoro is the inspiration for my newborn son's nursery. I am a big Miyazaki/Studio Ghibli fan and am hoping my son will be an even bigger fan.If this were licensed by Studio Ghibli it would get 5 stars. Of course if it were licensed, it would be 4X the price. Very nicely sewn on what feels like a high quality cotton linen fabric. Great job with graphics. I couldn't find anything like this that was licensed, so I got it. If anything changes after the first washing I will update. I got the other one by this seller and it is exactly the same quality. Very well done with graphics on both sides. Don't forget to buy an 18x18 pillow insert. I got mine at IKEA for $2.99.

I have been searching for a pillow to help me with kinks in my neck and neck pain. When i first got the pillow i thought it was going to be too firm. But after a week i was used to the difference from my old pillow. And this really helps my neck pain. It is not perfect, but I have not had a kink in my neck since i bought this pillow and it had really helped my overall neck pain. I have tried many pillows including my pillow, but this is the best. I did just add the extra filling that came with the pillow and will be checking to see if i can get a little more. If you are like me and have been in search for a pillow to help with neck pain give this one a try. I have been using this for over 2 months now.
