I wasn't sure at first which one would work, but measured the chair, this one fit perfectly and it took me about 2 minutes to uninstall the broken one and put this one in. Worked perfectly and looks exactly like the one I had. Can't tell that it was replaced.

Was what it says it is. Easy to install. Would have liked to have screws with it but I made it work.

Our recliner works again!

The only reason for 4 stars and not five is the word “universal” in the description. It led me to believe that all handles are the same size and this is not the case. For my chair I had to modify a place holder since the replacement handle was shorter than the original. Not sure if the description included measurements. If so then completely my fault. Still “universal”? No.Otherwise it was very easy to install and works great. Still happy regardless and the price was right.

My husband's chair's pull handle broke again today. This is the fifth handle we've purchased. It seemed it was happening too often, so I looked through my order history and saw that the first handle lasted two years, the second less than that, and the last three have lasted about 6 months before they break - have they gotten cheaper over time? It's not difficult to install; my husband has gotten quite good at it since he's done it so much. I guess we have to decide whether we want to put $25 a year into this chair.

I was sceptical due to the price but this replacement part is perfect. I measured the handle where you pull to release the recliner and low and behold it turned out to be the correct cable length AND the clip that holds the cable on the inside was the exact length from the end of the cable to work correctly. You really don't have to be an incredibly handy person to do this job. Just pay attention to how the old cable comes out and it really is incredibly easy to put the new one in. I ended up fixing my parents couch for less than twenty dollars. People throw out recliner chairs and couches just like this because it would cost a small fortune to have it repaired elsewhere. Not to mention having to transport it to and from a repair shop. Even if you try and cannot do it you can always return the new one for a refund. It's really worth the effort to do it yourself.

Fits the 90mm lazy boy latch perfectly and was easy to install. The release gets a bit stuck though but I suppose will be smoother with use.
