It's a fine product. Very helpful. I like the orange flavoring. too.

Turned 60 and my gut started to experience issues. I was always regular but started getting stomach aches, gas and an overall tough time digesting food ( cheese and proteins mostly)Friend recommended this and it is a game changer. Literally after two days my stomach issues have been resolved. Tastes great , works and not only makes you regular it makes your stomach feel "lighter". I use multiple supplements , none have a more measurable impact than this .

Works like it is supposed to! Flavor is fine.

My new medication includes constipation as an annoying side effect, and I can't take ordinary laxatives because they interfere with several of my *other* medications, Metamucil once every day or two provides just the encouragement my system needs. It's easy to take, tastes fine and the results are predictable.

I keep the bag of usually 10 servings w me in my purse. Has helped w my fiber intake so much. Reccomend. Also enjoyed the sugar free option.
