Works as expected. The bristles on the brush are nice and firm and the cleaner smells pleasant (a light citrus smell) - not too chemically. There is a lot of cleaning solution in the bottle so I will have this for a long time!!

It stinks that you cannot buy refill cleaner... If I have to buy another complete kit... I'll get something that DOES offer cleaning solution refills.5 stars for cleaning - one star for greed.

This shoe cleaner is awesome. It easily brought new life to a bunch of my old shoes. You apply the cleaner, use the brush, pat down with a wet cloth. It worked imediately and made my shoes smell really good.

The blue part of my shoes bled into the white part while using this product. All I was trying to do is remove a small stain. The stain appears to be gone, but now the white part of my Hugo Boss shoe is blue. I am NOT happy. My shoe looks way worse than it did with the original spot. The scrub brush also made the nylon part of the shoe fray.
