how long does it take to see difference?

In My experience 15-30 minutes. I tested my self a number of times. when I am lazy and dont get motivated to get up start doing things, I drink trifuel 1 scop and lie down again. with in 15 -20 minutes I get up and get going. I am only 132 lbs. Bigger guys may need two scoops. You to try it out.

Has anyone tried both flavors? if so which is better? reviews below seem to complain about flavor if they purchased the wild berry.

I like the berry myself. But I have tried citrus too and liked it as well.

Caffeine is a viable element for endurance training/racing i.e. Tri's. Has anyone tried berry (w caffeine) vs lemon (w/o caffeine)?
